ccd33 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 Single Account

Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately.

1.3 Personal Use

You must operate the account for your own personal use only. Using the account on behalf of or as a representative of a third party is not permitted.

1.4 Voluntary Participation

3.4 Personal Payment Account

You may only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited, and if detected, your account will be suspended immediately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount — not the combined deposit and bonus, but the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be used once — it cannot be claimed multiple times on the same account.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.

4.4 VIP Program

The ccd33 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback — starting from up to 0.2% at Bronze through to up to 1.0% at Platinum. Progression to a higher tier depends on your playing activity. VIP benefits are subject to change at ccd33's discretion.

5.1 Fair Play

5.2 Technical Issues

10.3 Refund of Funds

All valid funds in the balance at the time of account closure (not bonuses, but actual deposited and won funds) will be returned to the registered payment method, however this may not apply if the account was closed due to a breach of rules.
